We shifted the paradigm from patient to client because most of the people we care for are not sick. Our new patient exam will transform you to a client on a new path set toward wellness that can be predictable and easily maintained.
At your new client exam, we will learn about your dental history, your wellness, your goals, and your individual story. Everyone’s dental journey is unique and can be well thought-out, transparently budgeted and planned with a vision to get you to full health and wellness on your terms as quickly as you’d like.
Included with the cost of our new client exam, we will take photos of your teeth, a complimentary bite scan, review everything with you in magnification, show you any problems we see, and when you are ready, we will help make recommendations for treatment and care that will benefit you.
A new client exam is the most important engagement and block of time we will ever request of you for an exam. We are low volume; high service, so we like to have adequate time to meet you and get to know you. Most check-up maintenance exams will be provided in the hygiene chair during one of your future hygiene appointments.
For optimal dental health, the key is to be in a continuing care model with a hygienist and dentist team that care for you regularly at the interval determined by the level of your present wellness and what level you would like to achieve. We can help you customize this interval, so it matches the level of personal care you’d like to attain and maintain.
We inspire, coach, and empower with positive feedback each visit. This teamwork and collaboration catches dental problems when they are small and restores the problematic teeth before they become painful, broken and more expensive to treat. We prevent many people from experiencing dental pain and tooth loss. We are super proud of the low level of tooth pain and tooth loss experienced by our long-term Protective Prevention clientele.
Fun Fact: You do not need to see a doctor at every hygiene appointment. Especially if you have received Protective Prevention with us.
